I applaud the efforts by organizers of the event which made the function a success. The presence of the President made a lot of impact. This was historic to me and a very nice experience. There are few things which need to be done to make the function more appealing and efficient.(a) Increase the number of water points on the running track. (b) It was difficult to put record on who came first of 20 and by which time.(c) It was difficult to differentiate between the ones who finished and the ones who used short cut to finish the race. This can be solved by giving bands to the runners at the turning point. (c) Next time let us have two master of ceremonies; one speaking Swahili and the other speaking English since it is an international event. Otherwise, I had a very great time and cant wait to take part in the next event.
