I offer weekly somatic flow yoga classes in beautiful venues which support deeper mind-body connection and connection to nature.
In the yurts at @letsretreat we are blessed with a very special countryside location where we are immersed in nature and able to experience the beauty and magic of all the seasons.
Each Heart Centred Yoga class is a truly holistic experience incorporating a powerful blend of guided meditation, breathwork (pranayama), chanting (mantra), conscious movement (yoga asana), mind-body teachings - all skilfully sequenced and woven together with beautiful music, poetry and essential oils.
Somatic flow yoga classes are deeply meditative, nurturing and flowing practices designed to open your body, mind and heart, release physical and emotional tension, build core strength and resilience, cultivate balance and flexibility, and promote deep relaxation and inner peace.
I am a trauma informed yoga teacher so all my classes are trauma sensitive and designed to deepen mind-body connection, nurture self-regulation and support emotional healing.
