- **Event Description**: We are so excited to share our next Plant Medicine Mini Retreat on Sunday 5th July from 9am -1pm at the beautiful Let’s Retreat Yurts in Angmering.

We invite you to join us in circle to honour the seasons and cycles of nature and to connect with, attune to and come into resonance with the plants that will guide us through this season.

Summer embodies the peak expression of the divine feminine, with nature in her fullest expression of beauty, fertility, abundance and radiance.

The divine feminine is a sacred energy that exists within all of us. It is the energy of receptivity, intuition, compassion, creativity and flow. It is woven into the wisdom of our bodies, the tides of our emotions and the seasons and cycles of nature. 

To honour the divine feminine is to awaken, nurture and embody these energies within us.

The plants of this season offer gentle medicine for the divine feminine within, helping us to deepen our intuition, honour our cycles and open our hearts, allowing us to bring our divine masculine and feminine energies back into harmony.

The circle will include:

? A Guided Foraging Walk - An easy walk around the yurt’s surrounding land to forage, connect with and learn how the seasonal plants can naturally support us.

? A Herbal Tea Ceremony where we will connect deeply with the energy of our seasonal plants and drink in their wild medicine.

? A Somatic Movement Practice will allow us to deepen our mind body connection to nature’s rhythms and embody the energy of the season.

? A Guided Plant Medicine Meditation and Energy Activation to journey with the plants of the season and attune to their energetic nature.

? A shared creative activity where together we will make teas, balms and other plant magic from our foraged plants, to honour the season we are in.

Enjoy a seasonally aligned herbal tea and treat.
