We will be meeting in circle on Sunday 7th June from 9am - 1pm at the beautiful Let's Retreat Yurts in Angmering.

☀️Our circle finds us in the rising energy of Summer, the sun is high and yang energy is peaking, calling life into its most radiant expression. 

🌸 To move with this sacred fullness, we will be turning our attention to igniting the heart and celebrating the abundance that is blossoming into being.

The circle will include:

🌱 A Guided Foraging Walk - An easy walk around the yurt's surrounding land to forage, connect with and learn how the seasonal plants can naturally support us.

🌱 A Herbal Tea Ceremony where we will connect deeply with the energy of our seasonal plants and drink in their wild medicine.

🌱 A Somatic Movement Practice will allow us to deepen our mind body connection to nature's rhythms and embody the energy of each season.

🌱 A Guided Plant Meditation & Energy Activation to journey with the plants of the season and attune to their energetic nature.

🌱 A shared creative activity where together we will make teas, balms and other plant magic from our foraged plants, to honour the season we are in.

Enjoy a seasonally aligned herbal tea and treat.
