- **Event Description**: "LCA" is a condensed provisional camping experience for older Scouts ages 14+ or Star Rank and above. Scouts who attend will be a part of a provisional Scouts BSA troop with leadership that Camp Mountaineer supplies for the week. A provisional unit is one that consists of Scouts from several other units instead of coming all from the same troop. This provisional unit will participate in evening program activities, service projects, flag ceremonies etc. as a group and follow all rules outlined by our Camp Mountaineer Leaders Guide for our regular resident camp sessions.

Scouts will earn up to 4 Eagle-required merit badges, barring completed pre-reqs prior to attending. These merit badges are being taught by merit badge counselors and assisted by special guests from the local community and state leaders.
