Blacksmithing Workshop

Try your hand at traditional blacksmithing in Arthurdale’s historic forge. This beginner-friendly workshop will be taught by WV artist and blacksmith, Tim “Beard” Hibbs. Students will learn to forge a wall hook inspired by 1930s Arthurdale designs.

When: April 11, 9am-5pm
Where: 18 Q Rd. Arthurdale, WV 26520, Blacksmiths Forge

4 students max (2 students minimum required to hold this workshop). All students will be required to sign a waiver before the workshop. Students should wear long pants (no leggings) and close-toed shoes. Bring your own lunch! Safety glasses will be provided.
