These mindful drumming and rhythms classes integrate a unique blend of guided rhythmic activities, mindfulness practices, and compassionate awareness in a safe, supportive environment — providing a restorative pause from life’s demands and an opportunity to feel grounded, renewed, and deeply connected. 

Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, grief, recovery, health challenges, or simply seeking a deeper sense of balance, joy, and connection, this series offers a powerful, evidence-based pathway to support your body, mind, and spirit. It's an embodied somatic approach to releasing stress, processing emotions, and calming and regulating the nervous system.

Please Note:
This is not a drumming instruction class — no techniques or cultural rhythms are taught. Instead, we use drumming as wellness practices for self-expression, connection, and stress relief. 

Absolutely no prior experience is necessary, even if you think you have “no rhythm."

This is a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for people of all identities, cultures, and abilities. 

Drums are provided. (Feel free to bring your own if you have one.)
