RASPBERRIES ON ACID
An imperial witbier brewed with oats, wheat, barley malt, orange peel, and coriander, then soured in the kettle with lactobacillus bacteria. Light hopping and fermentation with traditional witbier ale yeast result in a bigger-than-normal, pleasantly sour wheat ale. To get a little funkier, we then rack this beer to a fleet of red wine barrels from local vineyard Thatch Winery on top of one pound of raspberry puree per gallon of beer. This jammy raspberry explosion of a beverage remains one of our most anticipated seasonal releases each year.

BLUEBERRIES ON ACID
Like the original, this variation on our Raspberries on Acid is also an imperial witbier brewed with oats, barley malt, orange peel, and coriander, soured in the kettle with lactobacillus bacteria, and complemented with light hopping for a bigger-than-normal and pleasantly sour wheat ale. But we've gone to the other end of the spectrum and aged the beer with one pound per gallon of blueberries in red wine barrels from Michael Shaps Winery. A flipside juicy explosion of a beer to mirror the original, enjoy this once-a-year seasonal rarity.

PASSION FRUIT ON ACID
For a creative second variant to this year's batch, we've aged a portion of this brew on Passion Fruit puree. Sweet, tart, and delightfully aromatic, the tropical and unique flavors of Passion Fruit are a warm welcome to the coming summer.
