timing: The retreat will run from Friday evening at 7pm until Sunday at 8pm with so much included!   (You are welcome to check into the retreat space earlier Friday as well)

location: Galilee retreat center is on the water with a lovely beach, old growth forest walking trails, labyrinth, gardens and bonfire pit. It is in Arnprior, close to Ottawa. There are private sleeping rooms and shared rooms available. You can also choose to sleep at home and drive to the retreat each day.

food: We will share breakfast, lunch and supper on Saturday and Sunday. Meals are prepared by Galilee, buffet style, and all dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

program: will include meditation and yoga practices, tools for personal transformation and connection, sound healing, song, dance and so much joy – all held in a loving container of sacred ceremony. All programming will be optional, so you can honour yourself fully and experience the beautiful surroundings in the way that suits you best.

cost: there are several options available to enjoy this full weekend experience and all options include the 6 meals provided by the retreat center.  Private room $706.50, shared double-occupancy room $636.08 per person.  You can also sleep-at-home (meals still included) for $486.00.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Transformative Soul Journey 

I recently attended the Shine retreat led by Rebecca, and the experience was truly magical and transformative. Rebecca created an extraordinary container where participants evolved from strangers to soul-connected friends, forming a beautiful and authentic community. 

The program was perfectly balanced, weaving together yoga, sound healing, meditation, nature immersion, and joyful laughter sessions. A particular highlight was the mantra-making workshop and the profound sound healing experiences - pure magic! Rebecca's singing voice is otherworldly and deeply healing, touching something deep within the soul. 

I attended with two friends, and we all experienced immense benefits. Rebecca has a special gift for helping participants connect with their higher selves - she knows exactly how to guide each person's journey with wisdom and grace. 

Days later, I'm still resonating with the high vibrational energy from this retreat. I'm already looking forward to joining more of Rebecca's retreats next year and have been enthusiastically recommending them to everyone in my circle.
