timing: The retreat will run Saturday 9:30 am until 8pm.  You are welcome to book overnight stays the night before or the night after with Galilee retreat center as well.

location: Galilee retreat center is on the water with a lovely beach, old growth forest walking trails, labyrinth, gardens, tennis court and bonfire pit. It is in Arnprior, close to Ottawa. There are private sleeping rooms and shared rooms available for those who may want to extend their retreat experience.

food: Lunch and supper are provided. Meals are prepared by Galilee, buffet style, and all dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

program: will include meditation and yoga practices, tools for personal transformation and connection, sound healing and intentional connection to nature – all held in a loving container of sacred ceremony. All programming will be optional, so you can honour yourself fully and experience the beautiful surroundings in the way that suits you best.

cost: price for this full day experience is $365, however you save $200 if you register before Aug 15, or save $100 if you register before Sept 15.
