Form Foundations: 6-Week Beginner Pole Series

This class is designed for total beginners who want to build confidence on the pole through strong, slow, and secure foundational movements.

You'll learn basic grips, holds, and beginner tricks in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Please wear shorts, bring a water bottle, and avoid lotion on your hands or legs the day of class for safety and grip.
