This 20-hour Aerial Yoga Training is an invitation to move differently, to feel supported, curious, strong, and a little playful. Led by Ro Nwosu of Form Pole & Fitness Studio, this training blends grounded movement with flight, offering both technical skill and spacious creativity.
Each participant will be provided with a 6-class pack to join practice classes at FORM in accordance with mandatory hours to finish this course.
Yoga Alliance CEC credits are provided.
