Join me for a relaxing sound bath from 7.45pm - 9.15pm at Sherwood Community Centre in the main hall.

Bring a yoga mat, camp mat, air bed or recliner plus blankets/pillows and water.  Honestly, the more you bring for maximum comfort the better - you can spot a regular sound bather from all the stuff they bring! ?

If you have not been to a sound healing before it is a blend of guided mediation, shamanic drum, crystal bowls, gongs and other healing instruments including koshi chimes to balance your chakras and tibetan singing bowl therapy.

This gives the most beautiful healing qualities to sooth and reset your soul and give you an amazing night's sleep. 20 minutes of sound healing is equivalent to 2 hours of deep rest!
