Take a couple of hours out just for you.

If you're looking for a different way to spend your Friday evening, join me for a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to help you slow down, switch off and recharge.

After a short guided relaxation, you'll simply lie back and be immersed in a soundscape created with gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drum, Native American-style flute and other carefully chosen instruments. There's nothing you need to do other than get comfortable and listen.

A sound bath may help to: • Reduce stress and anxiety • Calm a busy mind • Encourage deep relaxation • Support better sleep • Ease physical tension • Give your body and mind time to rest and reset

Many people leave feeling calmer, lighter and more refreshed, with some saying they enjoy one of the best night's sleep they've had in weeks.

Friday Arrive from 7.45pm to settle in. We begin at 8pm, finishing around 9pm, with time to gently return before leaving by 9.15pm.

£20 per person

Please bring whatever you need to make yourself comfortable. A yoga mat, camp bed, air mattress or recliner is ideal, along with blankets, pillows and water. The cosier you are, the easier it is to relax.

Places are limited to keep the space peaceful, so booking is essential.
