November 20 is Transgender Day of Remembrance, and in this particular moment in our nation we all need some inspiration to remain steadfast in our fight for LGBTQ+ inclusion and advocacy in our churches, families, and communities. Our time together will include sharing by Dr. Randi Johnson, who has led Pronoun Trainings and spoken out about her experiences as a trans woman. Refreshments and a time to connect with other Reconciling UMs will follow worship. Now is a time to draw close to one another to remember who we are and to hold fast to our faith in a God of justice together.
