What to expect...

On arrival, you’ll get yourself nice and cosy, ready to be bathed in the sound of the crystal singing bowls. You’ll be treated to a short, guided mediation to help you relax down and get ready to experience the sound of the bowls. There’s nothing for you to do but relax, drift and enjoy the soothing sounds.
