Anahata Slow Flow / Open Your Heart, Change A Life
Join us for a donation based heart opening slow flow class designed to cultivate compassion, gratitude and openness- both on and off the mat. This all-levels practice will move mindfully through postures that expand the chest, release tension in the shoulders and invite deeper breath, leaving you feeling grounded, uplifted and connected.
All proceeds from this class will benefit Mid America Transplant, supporting their mission to save lives through organ and tissue donation. Come breathe, stretch and open your heart in more ways than one.
