Through gentle and restorative yoga and soothing live sound, you will be guided into a state of profound relaxation where healing opens the door to growth. Join Betty Green and Cindy Kostecki for this magical evening of restorative yoga and live music and sound!

Begin with intention setting, grounding breathwork, and gentle movement to anchor your energy. Then relax into long-held, fully supported postures using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, designed to retrain your nervous system to consciously let go. While held in these poses, you will be enveloped by the soothing overtones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, along with ambient acoustic guitar and harmonium to set the mood.

By releasing energetic stagnation and physical tension, you make room for something new to rise. This is what blooming feels like from the inside.
