In this training we will tune into a variety of styles and sizes of gongs, each with their own “super-power.”
We will explore gong types /styles + uses; from small handheld styles to large up to 48”
Gongs Include: Burmese, Chinese Wind, Paiste Planet, Temple, Thai
Playing areas on the gong
Techniques through various strokes
Mallets: variety of sizes, styles including friction mallets - mallets produce interesting voices in the gong!
Learn how to approach the gong with reverence and humility

Pati shares teachings from her teachers, including the Gong Mastery Program with Don Conreaux. Pati has been playing and using the gong for wellness since 2008.

Day 2 (Sunday)- a continuation from Day 1 (Saturday), as we deepen into the gong practice with advanced techniques, along with partnering to refine our skills and explore one on one sessions.
Day 1 (Saturday) can be taken as a stand alone. However, in order to take day 2, day 1 is a pre-requisite.
