We are so excited to announce this exciting collaboration between ACW and the AACC dance studio led by head of the department, Margaret Russell!
Margaret will teach participants the basics in the baroque dance styles of some of our favorite movements including the allemande, courante, sarabande, minuet, gavotte, gigues. Dr. Shomper will then run a masterclass discussing how understanding the fundamentals of the dances can influence our musical and performance choices when playing Bach!
