Opportunity. Choice. Inclusion. At Cedar, our mission is to empower individuals and families living with disability, autism, and brain injury to lead the lives they choose. Across Northern Ireland, we deliver a range of programmes for children and adults, helping them become more active, confident, and connected within their communities. ✨️🥳2026 marks Cedar’s 85th Anniversary, and to celebrate this milestone, we have launched our Anniversary Appeal with the goal of raising £85,000. Every penny raised by our incredible runners will go directly towards this Appeal. Your support means the world to me as I take on this incredible challenge through the streets of Belfast. Every step I run brings us closer to making a real difference.
