Parks, forests, and all places where nature thrives are sacred spaces for connection. Forests are living worlds, home to visible and invisible forms of life, where majestic trees are woven together through hidden underground networks. Their beauty reflects the wonder of Creation itself.

Whenever I enter a forest, something within me begins to soften.

As I breathe in the forest air, I feel harmony returning to my body.

When I bring my awareness to my feet, I feel my connection with Mother Earth.

✨ **What to Expect**

We will begin with gentle breathwork and Qi-awakening movements, preparing our bodies and minds to slow down and become present.

Together, we will walk along the Arboretum path (approximately 35 minutes), opening our hearts and awakening our senses to the beauty and subtle rhythms of the natural world.

Along the way, we will pause to deepen our connection through mantra chanting, voice and sound practices, meditation, and journaling. These moments will invite you to become more present, listen within, and experience nature with fresh eyes and an open heart.

We will conclude our journey by gathering in community over a warm cup of tea or coffee, sharing a moment of connection before returning to our day. Please bring your own cup. 🌸

Come as you are. Breathe deeply. Slow down. Allow nature to guide you back to your centre. 🌳💚

**Please note:** Gosford Forest Park charges £5 per car for entry. This fee is not included in your ticket price and is payable per car, not per person.
