Fin Mc Cool Stone hold Stand on a platform hold a 20kg stone out in front of you for time best time wins 3. Walking Stones Mrs Dinnie & Baby Donald 86kg - 107.8kg ringed stones Lift them and walk round a pen for distance best distance wins 4. steen stone toss Throw a 14kg stone behind you in front of you watever way suits you longs you throw it down the course you've two throws best throw taken and if your feet go across the kick timber plinth it's a no throw best throw wins 5. 5 stone barrel load 5 x lifting stones 80kg 90kg 100kg 115kg 120kg 60 secs time limit each stone timed ..........
