information session.

The session will cover:
- What diabetes is.
- The difference between the different types of diabetes
- Risk factors, signs and symptoms of type 2 diabetes.
- Healthy lifestyle choices to help reduce the risk of or manage type 2 diabetes.
- Support and information

These sessions are suitable for anyone interested in learning more about diabetes, including those at risk and people currently living with diabetes.

Registrations are essential.
