As the wheel of the year turns toward the Winter Solstice, we are invited to slow down, soften and return home to ourselves.

Join us for a nourishing day immersed in the healing practices of yoga, mantra, meditation and sacred sound. Held in the peaceful embrace of nature, this retreat offers a sanctuary from the busyness of daily life and an opportunity to align with the quieter rhythms of the season.

Together we will honour the stillness of winter, preparing body, mind and heart for a time of deeper rest, reflection and renewal.

We begin with yoga, breathwork and mantra to awaken the body and settle the mind. Through meditation, sacred sound and time in nature, you’ll be guided into a deeper state of presence and inner stillness.

After a nourishing vegan lunch, surrender into a restorative Sound Healing Journey designed to calm the nervous system, release tension and prepare you for the restful season ahead.

Through sacred sound, meditation and moments of quiet reflection, we reconnect with the peace that exists beneath the noise of everyday life. As the body softens and the mind becomes still, winter’s invitation reveals itself: to rest, replenish and return to what truly matters.
