A Grounded Beginning for Your Reiki Journey

Most people don't come to Reiki looking for another qualification.

They're looking for something deeper.

A way to reconnect with themselves.
A sense of calm amidst life's demands.
A practice that supports wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Whether you're exploring Reiki for your own development or are curious about where the path may lead in the future, Reiki Level 1 offers a supportive and structured place to begin.

Join Michelle McIntyre — Reiki Master Teacher, educator, and former Executive Director on the Board of Reiki Australia — for this intimate Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) workshop in Perth.

This workshop provides a grounded introduction to Reiki, combining traditional teachings with a strong focus on integration, personal practice, and responsible development.

For many students, Reiki Level 1 becomes a valuable personal practice that supports wellbeing, reflection, and self-development for years to come.

Others discover a deeper interest in Reiki and choose to continue their journey through Reiki Level 2 and beyond.

At My Wellness Academy, we encourage a minimum two-month integration period between Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2. This allows time to practise, reflect, and build confidence before progressing further.

Because development happens through integration, not simply collecting certifications.

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 & 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

Your workshop experience doesn't end when the training finishes.

All Reiki Level 1 students receive complimentary access to the My Wellness Academy Hub, providing a place to stay connected, continue learning, access resources, and receive support as you integrate what you've learned.

Because meaningful development happens through ongoing practice, reflection, and connection.
