Kangatraining is a safe, gentle, low impact, fun fitness class for mums and bubs. It is specifically designed for postnatal women and is the ultimate babywearing dance based workout.
We focus on rebuilding your entire body after pregnancy, through a fun & energetic class. Babies are worn in carriers as mums work up a sweat and are often gently rocked to sleep with our smooth moves.
All mums are welcomed to join our classes - new mums, mums with older babies, mums with twins and even mums with toddlers! If you are new to babywearing or do not own a suitable carrier, we have hire carriers available and we'll help you and your bub get a good carrier fit.
Mums need to be at least 6 weeks postpartum or 12 weeks postpartum for c-section and have been cleared by a health professional to start exercising again.
Our term classes run according to WA school term dates but you can trial or join ANYTIME!
