As late summer begins to mellow here in Perth, we gather in the warmth of February to soften, recalibrate, and return to the quiet intelligence of the body.

This season carries both heat and fullness. Soma invites us to cool, to nourish, and to listen beneath the surface. Rather than pushing forward, we turn inward, allowing the nervous system to settle and the heart to open gently.

Soma is the lunar nectar, the subtle essence of restoration, balance and deep inner replenishment. It is the medicine of softness in a world that often asks us to strive. In this space, we practice receiving.

In our February Soma Healing Yoga evening, you’ll be guided through:

• cacao on arrival - a warm, grounding heart opener
• intuitive, slow yoga - unwinding tension & restoring fluidity
• conscious breathwork - calming the nervous system and clarifying the mind
• mantra & sacred sound - aligning voice, vibration and intention
• candlelit meditation - anchoring into presence and inner awareness
• sound healing - crystal bowls, gongs & soothing frequencies
• yoga nidra - deep rest, integration and whole-body renewal

This is an invitation to soften into the fullness of summer, to replenish what feels depleted, and to reconnect with your inner rhythm.
