Sourdough Bread Making Class

Katie Giannattasio of Simplicity Homemade will teach you how to make your own sourdough bread. Bring a bowl at least 3 qts in size - any variety - and a digital kitchen scale to class if you have one. You'll mix your dough and get a dry starter to take home for your pantry. She'll bring samples to try and cookies made with sourdough to sell. You'll learn a lot and she will be a resource for you as you go forward. $50 cash or check - pay when you arrive but call for a spot before it fill up. Sam at 248.396.6113.
