Each student will make their own dough that will make about 10-12 pierogi to take home to boil and fry. While the dough rests, we will sample already made pierogi of the same recipes. There will be two fillings for everyone:  Mashed Potatoes with Cheese or Kraut & Sausage. The fillings will be pre-made in our kitchen. Recipes for all items included. 

Bring a rolling pin! Bring an apron to wear if you want! 

$50 per person. Seating is limited. Contact Sam at 248.396.6113 to make a reservation. Cash only; pay when you arrive.  We the People, 23010 E. Main St. Armada.
