Understanding where the market is currently positioned, and what factors led to the current position, is essential to making decisions regarding where the real estate market is heading. This class will provide an overview of economic and demographic factors that have led to current market conditions. A forecast of the market will also be provided to better help industry professionals make business planning decisions.
