The goal of this event is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where community members of all ages can access resources, learn lifesaving skills, and start the conversation about mental well-being.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with a variety of local mental-health focused organizations offering resource tables and interactive activities for both youth and adults.
