Join us and Washington German Shepherd Rescue for Puppy Pilates! Enjoy 60 minutes of pilates and puppy paws as we combine the benefits of mindful movements while being surrounded with playful lovable puppies! What could be better!?

THE DETAILS

60-minutes of mindful mat pilates movement accompanied by playful puppies!

Things to bring:
- Yoga/Pilates mat if you have one - otherwise we have some at the studio
- Comfy clothes to move in
- A water bottle

We will move together, play with puppies, learn more about Washington German Shepherd Rescue, mingle, and have the opportunity to shop AC & Save-A-Mutt!

Proceeds will be donated to Washington German Shepherd Rescue
