THE DETAILS

Pilates
Enjoy two 30-minute Pilates sessions — one Reformer class and one Mat class — designed for all experience levels. Whether you're new to Pilates or a regular in the studio, you'll leave feeling challenged, refreshed, and empowered.

Prayer & Worship
Throughout the experience, we'll create intentional space for worship, prayer, and quiet reflection as we center ourselves in God's presence.

Community
Meet incredible people, build new friendships, and enjoy meaningful conversations in a supportive, encouraging atmosphere.

Goodie Bag & Surprises
Each guest will receive a curated goodie bag, along with a few special surprises we’ve planned throughout the event. You have to be there to see—but we promise it’ll be worth it.

Attire
Please wear comfortable activewear in soft neutrals if you'd like to match the event aesthetic (optional) and Pilates grip socks.
