The group will meet twice a week with Otago-trained peers to complete seventeen strength and balance exercises. Benefits of the program include: strengthened balance, increased muscle strength, and enhanced general fitness and well-being.When: Required pre-assessment is on Thursday, January 22nd, from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Class starts Monday, January 26th, and are on Mondays and Thursdays through May 18th. Final assessments will be done on Thursday, May 21st.Where: In-person at Stilly Valley Health Connections: 3405 173rd Place NE Arlington, WA 98223Cost: Free!
