Welcome to our traditional year-end gathering - a space to support the transition from the old to the new. Together, we will acknowledge what 2025 has brought into our lives, integrating both its light and shadow, and release what has completed its cycle.
Then we’ll turn toward what is opening in 2026 - sensing what wishes to grow, what needs our care, and gathering the inner and outer resources to support it.
The workshop includes a short introduction and several experiential exercises.
Each participant will have a chance to gain a clearer sense of their own situation, take a step or two forward, and connect with what feels alive and nurturing for the year ahead.
