4. Budgeting Bootcamp Learn the "Theory" of grant budgeting. We will help you build a project budget that covers your direct costs and your overhead, with a narrative that justifies every dollar.

5. The Readiness Audit We will audit your organization's "Golden Folder" on the spot to ensure you have every document (EIN, Board List, 501c3) ready for rapid submission.
