We work on building the skill of “how to think”, and how to stay present with ourselves while we move.-Please arrive on time (or early). What happens here stays here.-Participation in all discussion and movement is voluntary, you always have permission to sit back and watch or listen.-This isn’t group therapy, a debate club, or a dating scene.
