Born in Teflit, Morocco, Chef Moose boasts expertise in French, Mediterranean, Pacific Rim, and Asian cuisines influenced by the international flavors served at Meraki Market, known as a “temple of food disguised as a market," in San Francisco. Prior to San Francisco, Chef Mouhssine honed in on California cuisine while working with some of the world’s best ingredients, sustainable farmers, and cattle ranchers in the heart of Napa Valley, one of the world’s most renowned wine regions.
