She was born and raised in Mexico into the tradition. She startedworking full-time as a Curandera in 1986. Then, 12 years later, in 1998, shemoved to California, where she kept her practice and started to teach MexicanShamanism or Curanderismo and other spiritual modalities. Now, not only doesshe teach in California but also in other states and countries.
