Every other Sunday morning, we gather barefoot at Mainwood Dance Club in Arlington Heights for a DJ-led journey from grounding to peak to stillness. 

No alcohol. No partners required. 
No experience needed. 

Just your body, your breath, and a room full of people choosing to start their week in expression and community.
