SUMMER RUNNING SERIES

**AGES 2-14**

Cardio Kidz is BACK in Arlington Heights this summer! 🌟 Last year, we welcomed 107 runners—help us grow!

Join our 3-week running series for kids ages 2-14 of all abilities. Races take place Sundays and include:
🏃‍♂️ 50 & 100-yard dashes
🏃‍♀️ 1/4-mile, 1/2-mile & 1-mile runs

Kids can run UP in distance for a challenge! A modified 1/4-mile race is also available for 2nd-8th graders easing into running.

Beyond running, we focus on building confidence, setting goals, and developing resilience. Each week, we’ll discuss what it means to be COURAGEOUS and track progress to celebrate self-improvement over competition.

No matter their experience level, every child will be encouraged every step of the way.

Pricing: $35 registration fee includes: 3 Weeks of Races, Race Bibs, Goal Tracker Sheet, Weekly Progress Report and Finisher Medal.

$5 Sibling Discount. Registration is non-refundable.
