This is a pre-1840 primitive rendezvous event.
• Early set-up starts on October 4th, 2025.
• Rendezvous rules begin at sunrise on October 9th until closing ceremony on October 12th.
• All attendees must be in period clothing. (Some loaner clothes are available.)
• Firewood & water will be provided.
• Ice will be available on-site with club donations appreciated.
• This is a family friendly event.
• Blanket events are welcome. Reach out to the Range Blue Stick to coordinate.

The official competitions begin on October 9th at 9:00am to October 11th. ALL SCORECARDS MUST BE TURNED INTO STEVE OWENS BY 6:00PM ON SATURDAY OCTOBER 11TH.
• Competitions include:
• Hawk & Knife Block Throw
• Primitive Archery Trail-walk 3D Target Shoot
• Blackpowder Muzzleloader Trail-walk Target Shoot
• Blackpowder Smoothbore Only Trail-walk Target Shoot
• Primitive Blackpowder Muzzleloader Target Shoot
• All competitors must be registered (paid) campers with a canvas tent set-up & in appropriate pre-1840 dress to compete &/or receive any prizes won.
• Public visitor day is October 11th from 10:00am - 4:00pm.
• Camp Pot-luck on October 11th at 5:00pm. Bring a dish, let’s eat, and be merry!
• Awards Announced & Closing Ceremony on October 12th at "morning time". (When Steve rings the bell.)
• No Pets.
