Yesterday, I shared a post about the upcoming local elections here in Aarhus. The responses were more diverse than I expected—some people stressed how important it is to vote, while others questioned whether it even makes a difference.
That discussion inspired me to open the doors to one of the most beautiful buildings I know: **Aarhus City Hall**.
I’m an architect and a member of the Aarhus City Council, and I’d love to show you around this stunning example of Danish modernism and functionalist architecture. So, I’m inviting a small group (max. 30 people) to join me for a **free guided tour tomorrow, Wednesday August 6th at 17:00**.
During the visit, we’ll explore:
* The architectural vision behind the building
* How politics work in Aarhus
* Any questions *you* might have – I’ll do my best to answer!
We’ll also take the stairs up the iconic City Hall tower (yes, we’ll burn some calories – but don’t worry, there’s an elevator if needed). The tour takes about **1.5 hours** and we’ll meet at the **main entrance**.
The photo below was taken by fellow international Nicolas le Tallec back when Aarhus was European Capital of Culture in 2017.
Interested? Just comment below and I’ll assign you a number. I’ll close registration when the group is full.
And if you can’t make it tomorrow but would love to join next time, you can sign up for my newsletter at [www.aydin.dk](

Hope to see you there!
