One of Tantra’s core teachings is the simple yet powerful act of saying yes to this moment. In that yes, we relax — and from relaxation, life expands. Tantra invites us to reconnect with our innate wholeness, to feel the aliveness of our energy, and to bring awareness into how we relate — with ourselves, with others, and with life itself.
In these series of three events, we’ll explore Tantra’s energetic approach to life, intimacy, trust, and the dance of polarity — the magnetic play between male and female within and around us. The events are stand-alone and can be done separately.

Third Event: TantricHeart for couples: the play of polarity | Deepening intimacy
A meeting of hearts and energy—where intimacy, mystery, relaxation, and gratitude come alive. (All exercises are done exclusively with your own partner).
All exercises and meditations are explored within oneself in a safe and respectful space and the events take place in a fully clothed setting.
Our work is profoundly based on meditation. It is an energetic approach to life — not problem-oriented — and draws from nearly 30 years of Meditation and Tantra practice. Our work is based upon the principles of Vækstcentret’s Tantra as taught to us by Neel Fasting, as well as the transmissions on Tantra by OSHO.
