the winter solstice is a doorway:
a moment to slow down, to feel, to shed what has grown heavy, and to awaken the inner spark for the year ahead. This retreat offers a grounded yet playful container to explore yourself and others with honesty, curiosity, and depth.

Across the two days, you’ll be invited into a rich blend of practices, each supporting you to soften, open, and reconnect:

• Breathwork (Wim Hof–style):
Activate your energy, expand your capacity, and drop into deep presence.

• Primal Play / Playfight:
Safe, embodied, instinctive play that reconnects you with spontaneity and healthy power.

• Empathic Communication Group Training (in the tradition of Marshall Rosenberg):
Learn tools for honest expression, deep listening, and compassionate communication.

• Movement Research & Free Movement:
Explore your body’s wisdom through guided explorations and open movement space.

• Meditation & Integration Moments:
Quiet, anchoring practices to settle what you discover.

• Qi Gong:
Gentle yet powerful grounding practices for centering and flow.

• Cacao Ceremony:
A warm, heart-opening ritual to support connection, intention-setting, and presence. Shared in a gentle ceremonial space designed to invite clarity, emotional openness, and communal warmth.

• Authentic Relating Exercises:
We’ll engage in relational games and formats to build trust and genuine connection.

• Listening Circles:
Occasional satsang gatherings will open a calm, honest space for genuine questions and profound answers — an opportunity to inquire, reflect, and receive insight from the collective field.

• Gong Bathing:
Anna will unpack some of her singing bowls; its sounds will help us deepen our meditation-practice, release mental tension and emotional blocks 

And of course, snack breaks and a longer lunch break on Day 2 to rest, digest, and connect informally.

? ▸ Day 1  — Saturday Dec 20 | 16:00 – 22:00
An afternoon & evening immersion to drop into the body, warm up the group field, and mark the solstice together — including meditation, and recalibrate through Chi-Kung and body-based awareness.

After 19:00, the evening continues with a mix of inner work — stillness and listening circles — if time allows it we will continue with some primal play, a safe and playful way to explore presence, energy, and connection.

A full day of practice, exploration, nourishment, and integration.
