Relatefulness is a practice inspired by Transformational Connection and Surrendered Leadership practices (formerly known as Circling). It is a relational practice where we are present with ourselves, each other and what is happening right now. We explore the current moment and what is alive for us. We connect, follow aliveness and practice presence. Together and through talking with each other. --- - What is it like to participate? ♥ Many things can come up in these practices, and while the space is held, it is not facilitated in the traditional sense. This means that you are expected to trust yourself and be prepared to take care of yourself, also when triggered. You will be invited into self-leadership and to communicate, respect and potentially explore your boundaries. Relatefulness will often bring deep personal insights, help you feel yourself to a deeper level and see habitual ways of "being", that you didn't realize you were "doing".
