I know how opening and letting your voice be heard can feel quite vulnerable. That is why I love creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can open, explore and get to know your voice in a whole new way.
No singing experience is needed for these workshops, just a little willingness to play with your voice. ☺️
If you’ve been longing to sing more in life, or feel more strength, clarity, and confidence in your voice, this is a great opportunity to deepen in this wish.
What you can expect:
We will start with a little sharing and welcome moment.
After we will start with a gentle flow of light voice liberation exercises, combined with intuitive movement, stretch and somatic vocal sound healing elements to release tension around the voice, creating a symphony of sound and song together.
Then I will lead you into a section of activating your diaphragmatic breath support, learning how to breath deep, fill the longs and support your voice in the right way to sing, speak and make sound with ease and power.
After we will explore with singing together and sinking into our inner music through a simple, soulful mantra song. If you don't consider yourself a singer or believe you are able to sing, don't worry. Nothing grand is expected and you can even feel free to enjoy being silent while listening to the others.
Finally, we will go on a journey of toning, harmonizing and Somatic Vocal Sound Healing. You will step by step be led into meditation and release with the support of my voice, your own voice and the singing bowls. I will guide you to use your own voice to open your heart and release any blockages you might be holding onto. This will be a very gentle and calming journey. Emotions can come up, and are also welcomed. I will be by your side to support you every step of the way.
We will close with a sharing or moment of silence to end our deep journey together.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Lilo is a certified coach in Embodied Vision ™ and Subconcious Belief Work, as well as a certified singer and actor with 10+ years of training and experience in singing, voice and speech.
Hi, my name is Lilo...
I am a singer-songwriter, voice liberation coach and voice artist. I have been trained as a singer and actor at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City.
I started my singing journey only at a later age of 19 years and a few years later also embarked on a deep spiritual journey.
When I gave into my desire for singing, my whole world rapidly started to open up. I felt more alive, clear and happy. I also started to explore the inner healing journey, took a course in transcendental meditation, TRE and other therapies.
Then I discovered the non-dual teachings of A Course in Miracles and it touched me deeply.
After my studies and some time in the theater industry in New York, I felt to go deeper with the teachings and moved to an ACIM monastery in Amerika and Mexico. This was a deep, devotional time of about 2 years. Here I also started to discover the healing power of the voice.
I realized that my voice had been helping me to self-regulate in very stressful times, work through trauma and patterns that had been blocking me throughout child -and early adulthood. It had opened the door to joy and inner connection without my knowing. This connection to myself, my Higher Self and God only deepened as I continued my journey with the Course and after with vocal sound healing.
I love the human voice and all it can do for us. I believe that every individual voice serves as an indispensable and distinct thread, intricately contributing to the beautiful tapestry of life, leading us Home to the One Self—One Consciousness—God.
The power of the voice and singing holds ancient medicine and wisdom. That is why I like to share this work and guide people to open their voices and meet their natural medicine.
It is a truly beautiful and expansive path to leads us only deeper within to our Truest Selves.
