I know how opening your voice can feel vulnerable. That is why I’m creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can get to know and explore your voice in a new way. Whether you consider yourself a singer, a speaker, or not at all — you are welcome here. No previous experience is needed.
This will be a gentle time to reconnect with your true voice, your singing, and core expression, from your heart and soul. If you’ve been longing to sing more in life, or feel more strength, clarity, and confidence in your voice, this might be perfect for you.
🍃 What to expect:
- A gentle flow of fun, liberating voice exercises, stretch, intuitive movement and somatic vocal sound healing elements to release tension and blockages around your voice, and to come into contact with more power in your voice.
- Discover the power of lower, diaphragmatic breathing and how it can support your voice to sing, speak and make sound with more ease.
- We will explore harmonising and toning together as we tap into our inner music, creating a natural symphony of sound and song together. Even if you don't consider yourself a singer at all, you will be able to do this. I promise you. ;)
- Somatic Sound Healing Journey: Together with Lilo's voice accompanied by singing bowls, you will be gently led to use your own voice to come in contact with blockages and stress you might be holding onto within your body and mind. This will be a very gentle and calming journey. Emotions can come up and they will also be held by Lilo's safe support.
After we will play around with a song to sing together. This will be a soulful, well-known song that will be easy to learn and explore with. You may also bring a song yourself that you would like to share and perhaps receive some feedback on. Also feel welcome to come with a specific question around your voice that you might want my advice on.
If you bring your own song, it can be in English or your native language.

About me
Lilo is a certified coach in Embodied Vision ™ and Subconcious Belief Work, as well as a certified actor and singer with years of training and experience in singing, voice and speech.
Hi, my name is Lilo.
I am a singer-songwriter, voice liberation coach and voice artist. I have been trained as a singer and actor at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City.
I started to sing at a later age of 19 years and embarked on my spiritual journey almost simultaneously. From the moment I gave into my desire for singing, my whole world opened up. I started to feel more alive, grounded and confident. I also opened up to the inner work, therapy and transcendental meditation.
A couple years later, as I had landed for studies in NYC, I also fell upon the deep non-dual teachings of A Course in Miracles which became my main spiritual path and practice that I live by ever since.
After my studies and time in New York, I was led to live in a devoted A Course in Miracles monastery where I stayed for 2 years. This was a very deep and devotional time where I got to focus 100 % on my inner journey and cultivate a relationship with God/Source/my Higher Self.
Afterwards, I started to connect to my voice and music in a whole new way and saw the incredible healing power the voice holds, capable of working through unconscious layers and trauma.
When we allow our voice to open up and come forward in its fulness, it's vibrations will gently awaken blockages in our system and mind that want to be seen, nurtured and healed. When done in a loving space, this opens up for tremendous release and transformation.
I myself can see how singing has helped me work through trauma over the years, and unfolding a stronger and more solid connection with my inner self.
Upon discovering this, a whole method started to unfold itself and be shown to me that would benefit others in helping them free their voice and singing, and to use its power to liberate their inner world too.
In the past years, I have been certified as a Embodied Vision ™ and Subconscious Belief Coach which helps her hold space for any surfacing emotions and blockages in mind and body.
I have been sharing this work now for over 4 years, and it continues to grow and expand.
I love the human voice and all it can do for us. I believe that every individual voice serves as an indispensable and distinct thread, each single one contributing to the beautiful tapestry of life on this earthly canvas, leading us Home to our truth as One Self — One Consciousness.
