For me, this practice is about exploring what’s really true for me -- it's about discovering more aliveness in life, the freedom to be myself, and about learning how to love more and more. ❤️

We do this by 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 what seems to be happening in us, in others, and between us -- moment to moment.
