Do you trust that there's more to life than what most people seem to experience? Would you like to experience being seen, seeing others, discovering yourself and another person in ways that are transformative to everyone involved? We'll gather a full day where in small groups, we'll explore the intricacies of what is like to be ourselves in the presence of others. The structure invites us to have one person as the anchor of our exploration, as we attune to them (explore actually how is it for them to have their own experience of life, at this very moment) we will also attune to ourselves in their presence. This is a practice where we develop our capacity to love ourselves and others. And with love I mean the opposite of blaming, wronging and shaming. We learn how to be with someone without secretly or overtly wishing them (or us) to be different then they are. This is a practice where we discover what we are actually experiencing in the presence of others. And through this insight gaining leaps of agency, enjoyment and ease in our life. This is a practice where we become braver in bringing ourselves back into connection. ⏳ ???????? For the last two years I've been practicing this art for devotionally for countless hours, being deeply committed to seeing and being with the beauty of humanness. ? Whenever I'm not practicing I'm writing something like a wikipedia of this practice, where all the doing and being becomes model. This helps me understand better the intricacies of the practice and also communicate what we are actually doing. Many experienced practitioners will also attend so expect a rich space that is held by the collective rather by only one facilitator. With my co-facilitators we've been hosting this practice every Tuesday evening, oftentimes in the format of Surrendered Leadership Circling, which is voluntary work you are free to join.
